CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THOSE RECOGNISED IN 2025!

event:decision and micebook are proud to announce the launch of the  Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2025-26.

This prestigious list celebrates the top 30 most sustainable event agencies based in the UK market, once again spotlighting those leading the way in delivering sustainable, responsible events.

This follows the success of the 2024–25 Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies UK, the full results of which can be seen here.

Who can enter?

Entries are open to all UK organisations operating as agencies within the events sector. This broad category includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full-service agencies
  • Logistics agencies
  • Exhibition design & build agencies
  • Creative and production agencies
  • Creative AV specialists

If your organisation delivers more than just equipment supply, and plays a strategic or operational role in event delivery, you’re eligible to enter the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2025–26.

To those returning from the 2024–25 cycle, welcome back! We’re thrilled to see your continued commitment. And to first-time entrants: thank you for joining this growing community — we’re here to support you every step of the way.

The submission process

Agencies will be assessed based on two key areas: sustainable outcomes in event delivery, and internal sustainable business practices. It is possible to score well under the assigned criteria even if you have few formal accreditations but evidence of sustainable event delivery, and vice versa. Any information shared in relation to client events or internal operations will remain confidential, unless permission is granted.

Part 1 – Event delivery examples

Provide details for three separate events, each from a different calendar year and for different clients. Only one event can be delivered virtually and if you have entered previously, please provide new event examples, if available.

For each, we ask for details of sustainability practices across:

  • Environmental impact
  • Social responsibility
  • Governance

Submission of event details is designed to be quick & easy.

Part 2 – Overall agency operations

This element of the submission refers directly to your own company. The section asks for formally recognised accreditations, going back up to three years. If you have attained one level and are progressing to the next, please add these details in the comments. We further request details of the formal measurement of your own carbon footprint (excluding any event-related emissions,) as well as detailing any socially beneficial activities that you undertake as a company.

You can pause and return to your form at any point using the Save & Continue feature. A unique link will be sent to your email, allowing you up to 90 days to complete your submission and time for you to collaborate with relevant departments.

  • Entry fee: £249 + VAT, a VAT receipt will follow the transaction receipt within 24 hours of submission
  • Deadline: Friday 19 September 2025

What happens next?

Once submissions close, entries will be scored — not judged — against a consistent, criteria-based framework. This ensures a fair, evidence-based process that produces a benchmarked list of sustainability leaders in the UK event industry.

Please note, agencies will not be ranked 1-30 but may fall into Gold, Silver and Bronze categories.

Save the date: 2-3 February 2026. Recognised agencies will be celebrated at micebook EXPO, London. You will be notified mid-November, if you feature in the Power 30.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us on power30msa@eventdecision.com

We look forward to receiving your submission!
