Benchmarking within Impact: Responsible Event Reviews allows you to compare your event sustainability performance with that of other events.

Compare your event overall and across each of Environmental, Social and Governance factors. Impact reviews and benchmarks your results against industry averages, to demonstrate your commitment to delivering more sustainable events.

Impact also shows you directly how to improve your score, with actionable insights on each and every event.

How do I access Impact?

Just Create A Profile with event:decision and Sign-In. You can then follow the prompts from your own dedicated client area.

How does Impact ensure I cover all ESG factors?

Impact covers ten areas within event Environmental impact, ten in the Social sphere and ten in effective event Governance. The majority of events do not cover all of these factors in their entirety at present.

What if some ESG factors are not relevant for my event-type?

You have the option to respond with ‘Not Applicable’ and your benchmark is adjusted accordingly.

How can I improve my Review result?

you can access your event Impact data at any time, simply by signing into your profile at event:decision.

when your Impact Review is complete, we include all factors that you are not actioning – with actionable insights within your email notification. Plus you can access previously submitted data at anytime.

you can re-submit any Review at your convenience under the Single Event or Subscription plans.

How long does an Impact report take?

as little as five minutes to complete as a planner. Once you have submitted your data event:decision will audit your response for alignment to event nature and size and upload your data and certification.
