Hello,

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THOSE RECOGNISED IN 2025!

Awards were presented at micebook’s EXPO event in London at the end of January. Thank you too all those who attended and have supported this valuable programme.

You can see a summary of the programme here.

Thanks to our headline partner for the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2024-5, Encore EMEA and also to the Wyboston Lakes Resort.

Watch this space for the Most Sustainable Agencies 2025-6, launching soon.

event:decision and micebook have teamed up to bring you the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies UK, a definitive list of the top 30 most sustainable event agencies in the UK market. This prestigious list aims to identify and recognise agencies that lead the way in sustainable event management.

The Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies will be evaluated based on both sustainable internal business practices and your ability to deliver sustainable outcomes for client events.

Unlike many industry recognition programs, this initiative will be scored rather than being subjectively judged. The result will be a qualified, scored, and benchmarked list of the best performers in sustainability, showcasing real capabilities and proof points for responsible events.

Agencies are not ranked within the Power 30. Top performers will be recognised as a Power 30 UK Most Sustainable Agency 2024-5.

Your submission is divided into two main areas

  1. Details about your company and your own activities.
  2. Details about some events that you have delivered for third-parties.

It is possible to score well under the assigned criteria even if you have few formal accreditations but evidence of sustainable event delivery, and vice versa.

Here are some more details about each section.

  1. Company accreditations and processes. This element of the submission refers directly to your own agency. The section asks for formally recognised accreditations, going back up to three years. We further request details of the formal measurement of your own carbon footprint (excluding any event-related emissions,) as well as detailing any socially beneficial activities that you undertake as a company.

Audit of section 1: certification relating to formally recognised sustainability accreditations should be uploaded within your submission. Photographic or posts from social media channels will be accepted as evidence of activities within the Social section.

2. We request details, broken into Environmental, Social and Governance factors, of up to three events you have delivered. Additional credit will be given for each event in a separate calendar year, and for delivery for separate clients across this period.

Audit of section 2: the organisers of Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies reserve the right to request written evidence of factors submitted within the events you submit. If requested from individual agencies, the request will be made after the closing date for submissions and prior to announcement of the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies. We reserve the right to exclude any party unable to provide such evidence to the organisers & no entry fee will be refunded in this instance.

Submissions are welcome from organisations who act as agencies within the event sector. This is a broad classification and may include: full-service agencies, logistics agencies, exhibition design & build agencies, creative agencies, production agencies and creative AV agencies. If your organisation delivers more than purely supply of equipment you are welcome to enter the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2024-5.

A face to face submission optimisation clinic is being run in London within the Sustainable Event Show 2024. Individual sessions will be available to review your submission face-to-face during this event. Details of how to do so will be released in due course, although please note that you will need to register for the Sustainable Event Show independently should you wish to attend an optimisation session.

It costs £199+VAT to enter and the deadline for applications is amended to 18th November 2024. The Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2024-25 will be launched at micebook EXPO in January.

At any point during the completion of the form below, you may Save & Continue, to receive an email link. You’ll have 30 days to come back to your partially-filled form and complete. You may Save & Continue as many times as you like.

event:decision and micebook are grateful for the support of Encore EMEA, leaders in responsible business, for the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies 2024-5.
