To better understand the impact of the event, your attendance at Expo and to support the sustainability efforts of our Expo partners, M&I Expo is operating a ‘responsible partner’ recognition scheme.

This scheme is not compulsory; however, only partners submitting their responses will be considered for recognition within the programme and during the event itself.

The programme is managed by our partners event:decision, and we expect to issue recognition to the top quartile of Expo partners at the show, based on information submitted via the form, below.

Recognised partners will receive a Green Tick award to display within the digital assets available throughout Expo, and be able to use this as a marketing tool with buyers.

The programme is designed to benchmark hotels, venues and destinations present at the show. It is not designed as an accreditation for use outside of the Expo environment. If you are different Supplier Type, complete the relevant questions, you will be assessed only against the same supplier type at Expo.

If you are not a venue, hotel or destination, you may omit Question 2 (access) &  respond to Questions 5, 6, & 7 only if relevant.

The programme is free to enter and looks to assess the Meetings & Event product you offer to clients, rather than purely your sustainability accreditation status.

The submission comprises of 11 questions, some of which request documentary evidence. You can expect the submission to take you between 10-30 minutes, depending on your familiarity with the subject matter.

You can save part-complete forms for completion at any time & a PDF copy of your form will be sent to you via email at the point of submission.

You can share part-complete forms with other members of your organisation for help in submission, if required.

The scheme will be open for submissions from 9am GMT Friday 23rd January 2026 until Midday GMT Monday 2nd March 2026.
