How do I measure my audience travel?

Commission your Track Report pre-event and you’ll automatically receive a Travel Assistant link to gather travel data for crew &/or delegates.

In partnership with ‘You. Smart. Thing.’ this travel assistant is tailored to enable you to offer event-specific wayfinding and curated low-carbon door-to-door travel plans.

No. event:decision provides a managed service rather than self-service tool. No data input, no tech integration, no subscription and no Event Manager / Producer time is required. Track is a stand-alone service, requiring only an event brief to calculate emissions.

How much does Track cost?

Starting from £495+VAT for a single Track Report.

Partnerships are available at different levels and are accredited. You purchase ‘Credits’ to Track Reporting. You may use credits either for a single Track Report or to purchase any additional time we request associated with more complex events.

Can we offset non-mitigated carbon emissions via event:decision?

event:decision can and does offer offset payments via internationally accredited partners. All projects are certified and certificates of carbon-neutrality issued at the correct stage. There is no compulsion to offset, or to use event:decision for this process. You can use your own offset channel and accreditation, should you prefer.

Can we consult with event:decision to mitigate emissions?

Yes, we offer consultancy to support your efforts in mitigating emissions associated with both your event programmes and your own footprint.

Can we feed event:decision emissions data into programmes for ESG reporting?

You can use measurements delivered by event:decision as evidence in ESG compliance & reporting via your own channels, where they allow.
