Hello exhibitors!

NHS Confederation and NHS England look forward to welcoming you to NHS ConfedExpo 2025! The programme is designed to spread learning and encourage innovation, with complimentary activity to foster networking such as our extensive exhibition that showcases the best on offer within our sector.

To better understand the impact of our exhibition stands, and to support the sustainability efforts of our exhibitors, NHS ConfedExpo 2025 is offering an Exhibitor Sustainability Recognition Scheme.

The scheme, which is simple and quick to participate in, will enable us to assess our exhibitors and publicly recognise those who demonstrate the highest standards of both environmental and social sustainability.

This scheme is not compulsory however, only exhibitors who submit their responses in advance of the event will be considered for recognition and be awarded a certificate to display during the show.

How to enter

The scheme is free to enter, all you need to do is complete the form below which will be available from 9am on Wednesday 16^th April 2025 until midnight on Wednesday 28^th May 2025. You can continue to edit, update, and save your responses until the closing date, allowing time to share the form with any third parties, stand builders/contractors etc, if you choose. Once you’re happy with your submission, press submit.

Ahead of the show, event:decision will review the submissions and then complete an in-person audit of the exhibition during the build or the first day of the event. You will be contacted directly to arrange a time that suits you. The top quartile of exhibitors will be awarded a certificate in recognition of sustainability efforts, which will be brought to your stand during show open on Wednesday 11^th June.
