Some notes from the brief:
Global Revenue Forum, 30th January 2024
• This is a one day event for revenue management
professionals and will be a combination of plenary sessions,
panels and breakout sessions.
• GRF is three events in one, with locations in Milan, Stockholm
and London taking place simultaneously.
• The event is also streamed to a digital platform via Mux.
• Our brief is to manage production for the London event and
manage seamless handovers to the other locations.
• The event will be filmed and edited for training purposes post
event
• The location for the in-person UK event is Hilton Bankside

• Creative design including set design renders
• Technical AV and production including kit to stream the
event to your worldwide audience
• Stage and set design to wow your in-person audience
• On site event management, production and logistics teams
to deliver a seamless event.
