The ‘You. Smart. Thing.’ travel assistant is tailored to enable organisations to offer event-specific wayfinding and curated low-carbon door-to-door travel plans that nudge your audience towards net-zero travel.

How much does Track cost?

Starting from £495+VAT for a single Track report.

Subscriptions available at various levels. For subscription access you purchase credits to Track Reporting. You may use credits either for single event Track Reporting or to purchase event:decision time associated with more complex events.

Can we offset non-mitigated carbon emissions via event:decision?

event:decision can and does offer offset payments via an international partner. All projects are accredited and certificates of carbon-neutrality issued at the correct stage. There is no compulsion to offset, or to use event:decision for this process. You can use your own offset channel and accreditation should you prefer.

Can we consult with event:decision to mitigate emissions?

Yes, we offer consultancy to support your efforts in mitigating emissions associated with both your event programmes and your own footprint.

Can we feed event:decision emissions data into programmes for ESG reporting?

You can use measurements delivered by event:decision as evidence in ESG compliance & reporting via your own channels, where they allow.

2. Track Pricing: Each event you submit at event:decision is assigned a specific credit value based on its size, complexity and type. For example, a simpler event Track report might cost only one credit, whilst a more complex larger event might cost two or more.

3. Flexibility: You can choose how to use your credits, allowing you to mix and match different types of events based on your needs.

4. Subscription Benefits: In addition to purchasing credits, you should opt for a subscription plan that reflects the number of events that you would like to report and the associated value to your organisation.
